Policies & Practical Information

Check-in & Check-out

Guest arrival begins from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask for check-out by 11:00 AM to allow our team to prepare for the next Golden Moment. Late departures are subject to availability.

ID & Payment

A valid government-issued ID and a credit card for a pre-authorization of $100 per night are required upon arrival for incidental charges. We accept all major cards.

Smoking & Vaping

Golden Moments is a 100% smoke-free environment. A cleaning fee of $500 applies to any violation to restore the suite to its pristine, welcoming state.

Accessibility

We offer dedicated accessible suites and common areas. Please contact our concierge prior to booking to ensure your specific needs are perfectly met.

Cancellation & Pet Policy

Cancellations within 48h incur a one-night room charge plus tax.

No-Show Policy
Full booking charge

Failure to arrive without notice results in forfeiture of the total stay amount.

Pet Policy
$85 per stay

Small breeds up to 12kg welcome in designated Pet-Friendly suites. Prior notice required.
